Quite simply, we care. We care that the holiday that you are about to invest in is full of wonderful memories, where all considerations have been catered for. Your itinerary will be personally designed to suit your exact requirements and our team of efficient staff will ensure that you get the utmost of personal attention both before and after you arrive.

We have vast amounts of experience and destination knowledge. We have an absolute passion for Asia. We live here; we travel here and have done so for the past 30 years.

Your personalised itinerary will take you to places that most tourists will not have the opportunity to encounter. Whether it be hidden temples, off the beaten track walks or a private lunch at Shivapuri Heights Cottage. The Asian Tour Company has an intimate knowledge of the region and has some of the best connections in the industry and local communities.

We are continually seeking out new trails and destinations and during our travels meet with new hotels and their proprietors to assess whether they meet the standards that our discerning clients will expect.

Background Information:
Founding director Steve Webster visited Nepal in 1985 to take a break from his studies back in the UK. He joined the famous Tiger Mountain Group of companies where he studied wildlife and assisted with setting up and running several of their newly established Lodges and Camps in remote west Nepal and South India.

Having spent almost three years in the jungles Steve turned his interests toward the mountains and subsequently ran Mountain Travel, Nepal's premier trekking company. This enabled him to explore many of Nepal's trekking trails as well as venture into Tibet and Northern India.

Steve left the Tiger Mountain Group in 2001 to pursue a number of personal interests. He also joined Nepal's finest Heritage Hotel - Dwarika's Hotel www.dwarikas.com as Sales & Marketing Consultant. In addition to managing The Asian Tour Company, Steve leads trips as a freelance guide for Wilderness Travel USA as well as overseas the programs for the Himalayan Youth Foundation that cares and educates underprivileged children in Nepal  and also supports the Choki Traditional Arts School in Bhutan.
